I was referred to Teignmouth as no nurse available in Chudleigh. The care received was excellent, and another follow-up appointment was booked to see the nurse in Chudleigh.

I really do not like the new telephone appointment system; I never missed an appointment I made & I feel as though I am being punished for others laziness in non-attendance. I do not feel comfortable talking over the phone, I want face to face interaction, which is when I am more likely to open up about the real problems I am facing. Consequently I feel as though I shouldn't bother them by phoning. I've had a chest infection for over a month now but just get told to phone back; I've lost faith in what used to be a fantastic surgery.
